Other Income Replacement Assistance - Source 1

This section is for income benefits received as a result of the MVA, such as Short / Long Term Disability benefits or CPP Disability.

If there are retroactive benefits (i.e. CPPD) there are limitations on recoverability of any overpayments. Please contact us in this case.

Often settlements are not deductible as other income replacement assistance. Please contact us to learn more.
